SERVICE PROJECT: BINGO NIGHT

Sunrise Gardens is a Senior Living Facility. Join us as we host a BINGO Night for the lovely folks there.

Event Title:: Bingo Night at Sunrise Gardens

Volunteer arrival::  5:30pm

Event Time::  6:00pm - 7:30pm

Volunteers needed for the following::

-M.C.

-Run Bingo games

-Play bingo with seniors at each table kind of like a table host.

-Plate Food

-Serve Food to tables (Waiter)

-Cleanup and bus tables

Schedule::

We will host 5-7 rounds of Bingo with differnt patterns and each round will have a prize associated with it.

-Open with 1 round of Bingo

-Pause to break bread with one another 

- We will serve a homemade Italian meal of Baked Ziti, Garlic Bread, Salad and Ambrosia Fruit Salad for dessert

-Followed by 3-5 more rounds of Bingo pending time it takes for each game played.

I would like to ask the congregation for prize donations of $5, $10 or $20 gift cards to any of the following:  Walmart, Target, Smiths, Walgreens, CVS,  Uber, and/or small prizes such as Candles, Blankets, Throws, Neck Pillows, Small gift baskets, Hot Tea Gift Sets, Bingo player kits,  etc......

Prizes will be distributed each round for each winner.
